From December 12th to 15th 2023, Professor Phoebe Koundouri addressed the 5th Western Balkans+ Regional and Local Economic Development Forum FoRLED 2023.

The event organized by the Center for European Policy Evaluation Local Development CRLDS Albania in partnership with the European Academy of the Regions – EAR, the University Ismail Qemali of Vlora and the Regional Council of Vlora, including relevant regional and international stakeholders, resulting in regional and local policy recommendations.

Professor Koundouri discused on the crucial theme of the Green and Digital Transition in Western Balkans Countries and the role of regions and cities within the Western Balkans Green Agenda as part of the discussions on regional and local economic development policy in the Western Balkans.
