New Publication: Catalysing Business Transformation through Research Collaboration and Course Development

A new methodological paper entitled “Catalysing Business Transformation: Leading Sustainable Development via Research Collaboration and Course Development” has been published in Open Research Europe and is available at: https://open-research-europe.ec.europa.eu/articles/5-376

The paper presents a competencies-gap analysis framework that underpins the design of 70 specialised, modular courses developed within the EU-funded CATALYST project. The framework aligns education, research collaboration, and business needs, supporting upskilling and reskilling in areas including sustainable development, the circular economy, organisational transformation, and change management, fully aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
